Every Saturday at 9am - Shinewater Park, Eastbourne

Distance - 5K

Always very well attended by members of Polegate Plodders, this is our most local event and best of all it's absolutely free to enter.  All you need to do is register on the Parkrun Website and you can then run any of their events worldwide (approx 2300 to choose from!!)

You don't have to run either, walkers are now encouraged to come and try the event with their parkwalk scheme
